When you see just how easy it is to recreate Cinnabon’s classic cinnamon roll, you’ll wonder why you have never tried this before. Our clever culinary friend from Cook With April shows us how to easily whip up the dough, buttery glaze, cinnamon and brown sugar layer and cream cheese frosting…all under five minutes! Oh yeah – it doesn’t get better than this!
After you combine the ingredients for the dough in your stand-up mixer, add a generous portion of melted butter and the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Then, just like April shows in the video below, roll the dough and slice.
Place the cinnamon rolls in a buttered pan and bake at 400 degrees for just 15 minutes. Don’t forget the best part – top with a heaping of thick and creamy frosting!
